- Your social media handle (if used for chat)
- Messages sent through our contact or scheduling forms
- Optional notes taken during sessions
We collect only what’s needed to communicate with you and deliver your sessions.
3. How We Use and Store Information
- Information is used only to arrange, deliver, and manage your sessions.
- Data is stored securely in contact applications or spreadsheets, on servers located in Australia or, where necessary, U.S. East.
- Your data is never shared, sold, or used for marketing without consent.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Session notes are kept for the duration of your engagement and deleted 12 months after it ends or sooner on request.
- Contact details are retained for 7 years as required for recordkeeping.

5. Third-Party Services
We use:
- TidyCal (for booking)
- Stripe and PayPal (for payment)
- Facebook (for communication and updates, to be added later)
